
As anyone who has ever dieted knows, Monday’s the day.
The day you kick a lifetime of bad habits out the door, and usher in the new and improved you.
The day you pop out of bed, hit the treadmill and the shower, and get it together…all of it, everything on that DIY improvement list in your head.

The only problem with Monday is, there’s always another one coming along 🙂
For me, it’s Sunday when I try to start some kind of change. It’s somewhat arbitrary, but when I look at my wall calendar, the one with the beefcake I wish I could look like, the week goes from Sunday to Saturday.

LOL! Sometimes I start on a Sunday, so that when Monday comes around I’ll have already gotten in a 24 hrs. It’s all a mind game 🙂

Although I usually go for Wednesdays! I like to keep my expectations low, and start feeling that I am already half way there! 😀
